Adds Uptime Kuma as a Coming Soon service, framed as a site-wide status indicator rather than an apps-row chip.

Homepage: a 'status: coming soon' badge sits across from the 'server address' badge (new .server-row flex layout), with the official Uptime Kuma logo and a slow 3s opacity pulse on the word 'status' (matches the footer heartbeat).
Apps page: new Uptime Kuma card with the 'Coming soon' badge and a short description.
Bundles the official logo as assets/uptimekuma.svg.

When the status page is live, swap the badge for an link and drop the 'coming soon' text. Merging deploys automatically.
